I can't register my product with the ASUS website because they ask for the serial number at the back of my computer which is misty & illegible. They are asking for a keyword or number if I want to chat with them. I have no clue what they mean by that. It is impossible to get the so called ASUS online support, dammit.
When I clicked the online support & typed my model info, it gives 0 results for search !
Why do they float a model without tech support & claim to give online tech support ?
