Question Asus TUF fx505du starting problem

Hello, my Asus TUF fx505du laptop has a problem. When the laptop is unplugged from the carger, and I am pressing the start button, Asus logo shows up, and then then dies, like the battery is dead, and whenever I press the start button, nothing happens. If I plug the charger, the keyboard lights up for a second, and then I can start the laptop normally. This problem only happens sometimes, I mean sometimes I can start the laptop unplugged. I changed the battery, but without any results. After the laptop starts and windows is loaded, I can unplugged it, and it is run on battery, like normal. Also, if I put the laptop into sleep mode, and then start it unplugged, it runs perfect. The problem only appears after a complete shutdown. I don't know if this is a software or a hardware problem... Maybe someone can help me.
