Question Asus Vivobook Display Issue

I have no idea what is wrong with my display, it looks like it has a double image thing going on. Kind of like with a 3D picture, but it's only doing this on videos, when I'm on a browser or looking at an image it's fine, but any kind of video has this problem. The only way I can think of explaining it is that the actual image is in the right spot but the colour part of the image is shifted to the right by a noticeable amount. If someone could tell me what this is called and how to fix it that would be greatly appreciated.
