Asus Windows 8 Laptop won't reset to factory settings. Help!?

My issue is not whether or not I have the ability to enter the screen to reset it, my issue is when I click "reset my PC" or whatever it says, it tells me a missing drive partition is missing. If this drive partition is something that can be downloaded, please respond with a link to download, or tell me how to fix!

OK, I did that, then I retried. It still says "A required drive partition is missing."

Thats odd.. The partition should have been created during the process

Try creating it again
