Asus X102B stuck on bios sceen plz help

hi all
i have an asus X102B with password protection on windows 8.1
i tried a lot of softs to remove the password but not works so i take off the HDD from the laptop
and i made a format on my desktop
now my asus won't boot from usb when i choose to boot from usb it's return to bios again and the hdd not detected on bios
any help plz

after i try to boot from my USB
the prbleme now is no HDD Detected ..
