ASUS x450J: My laptop fan making a strange noise. Help?

My laptop always making a strange noise if i use a program or playing games. But if i just listen to the music it doesn't make a strange noise. Anyone can help?

if you are doing something, esp gaming, the fan needs to work since you'll be generating heat. either the fan is dirty or maybe starting to fail

Can you describe the noise ? Does it seem like a sound coming from the speaker or from the fan ?

The sound coming from fan not speaker... idk if overheat or what... when i just using a program it makes strange noise
