Solution helpstar Aug 24, 2020 check if the hard drive is still connected completely in the slot if yes, then the HDD is faulty you can check the HDD in a pc to be sure

Hi Thanks for the suggestion I will give that a try as I know he installed an SSD in a caddy in the DVD tray so it might be that. I will report back.
