Asus x552L , don't know to open CD drive

I've just bought this laptop and cant find any way to open the CD drive , no button , no cd drive in my computer , there's a little "lock" hole near it but i've sticked a nail , and nothing happened . please gimme a helpful hand here, i'd appreciate (sorry for bad english).

If you go to the my computer folder, and right click on the DVDRW, there is an option for eject that should open the drive.

What if i tell u i dont have the DVDRW in my computer?

Than the drive was not installed properly at the factory. I would exchange it for another as now this is explaining why you can't get it open.

Oh , i recently went to Device Manager and found out that the cd drive got the driver instaled and up to date....

Oh , i recently went to Device Manager and found out that the cd drive got the driver instaled and up to date....

But if the drive is not showing up in My Computer than the drive or the installation is bad. Definitely exchange it.
