Asus X55U Laptop won't turn on.

When I press the power button, the power led turns on , then immediately off. I already tried the power reset method, by taking out the power cable, and holding the power button for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in, and the pressing power button. Nothing happened when i tried this.
