Question ASUS zenbook UX533FD backlit not working

Hello, my laptop's backlit is not working, I tried to reinstall drivers, but it didn't help. It shows the notification about the changes of backlit (brightness up or off), but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

can you enter the BIOS? Is the back light working there?
