Hi, I am new here and this is my first post in tom's guide.
I have ASUS Zephyrus GX531GW that i have bought last year around this time. I have done pretty heavy gaming on it and loved the performance, but for the past few weeks, my laptop has been throttling a lot and overheating. So, I opened the laptop, cleaned the dust, and re-pasted with Arctic MX-4 on CPU and GPU.
It seemed to work for a week or two, but now, my laptop is overheating again and when i playing GTA or other heavy games, the CPU temperature would rise to 95C (according to Armoury Crate), and my laptop would become so hot that i couldn't even touch it.

So, i am looking for suggestions and advice on how i can fix this overheating problem.
I have thought about getting a cooling pad, but on some websites, i have read that cooling pads are not really effective for Zephyrus S (series of ROG) laptops.
Please help me out!!

My laptop details
CPU- Intel i7-8750H CPU@2.20GHz
GPU- NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2070 with Max-Q design
Ram - 16gb
Storage - 512GB (It says 219GB free of 475GB in my computer)
