Question asus

hi there! yesterday my asus laptop was working completely fine! but today when i opened it, the password box doesn't show up? and im stuck on loading screen, i can move around my mouse and it shows on screen. but the password box won't pop up no matter what i do. what should i do?

looks like OS issue. How much time did you wait? whats the OS? do you have a USB with bootable OS?
