So, what I want to do with the microphone is recording singing. I currently have a Samson Go Mic, but I am looking to upgrade now. I want the best value for the money, and I also do not want to spend too much. However, if the quality is better, I may consider the more expensive one, as long as it's not too big of a difference.
This is the 48v power supply I'm looking at: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Pyle-PS430-Compact-1-Channel-48V-Phantom-Power-Supply-/370868134041?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item565976a099

Oh, sorry, I knew I should have been more specific. I am planning on using it to record on my computer. I am looking at the Blue Yeti USB: http://www.amazon.com/Blue-Microphones-Yeti-USB-Microphone/dp/B002VA464S/ref=sr_1_1?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1430634029&sr=1-1&keywords=blue+yeti+usb

I'm also looking at this one: http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-AT2035-Diaphragm-Condenser-Microphone/dp/B00D6RMFG6/ref=sr_1_3?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1430634049&sr=1-3&keywords=at2020+xlr

This is the 48v phantom power supply I'm looking to buy: http://www.amazon.com/PYLE-PRO-PS430-Compact-1-Channel-Phantom/dp/B00BARTW4C

I'm a bit exhausted, so as I'm typing this, I may be leaving out some info. Please let me know if there are other things you need to know!

I looked at them, but I don't need wireless, which is why I was looking at the XLR mics. I am also not looking to spend too much money right now. I was considering the AT2020 XLR mic and the 48v phantom power because of the price.
The AT2020 XLR : http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-AT2020-Cardioid-Condenser-Microphone/dp/B0006H92QK/ref=sr_1_1?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1430634049&sr=1-1&keywords=at2020+xlr.
