Question AT2035 Scarlett solo v3

The microphone sounds like total poo, its like im in a box and doesnt have that sharp crisp sound like my friends(we use the same audio interface) I've messed with the gain a bunch, reinstalled the drivers a whole lot of times and it still sounds like a 5 dollar mic. any help?

You may want to put some info as to how you are using this mic, gaming chat, recording, what? Did you contact the vendor for suggestions?
