Hi all,
I have been trying to solve this problem since long time now. When I had a 55-inch Samsung smart TV, the Bose audio system worked like a charm through an optical cable without any problem. All 5 speakers worked fine, and the audio was clear.
I changed my TV to Sony 75 Inch UHD 4K HDR Android TV - 75X8500F 2 years back, and I found out the sound clarity was not clear. The sound from rear speakers are distorted/crackling when I watch channels through cable box. Surprisingly, Netflix audio is crystal clear. But some apps like UFC, Amazon Prime and some YouTube videos, the sound is distorted. I don't know what's wrong. Can someone help me.
