audio is ou of sync for everything

im so sick of this . i dont know how long its been going on for. im running windows 10 HOME and my laptop is a compaq about two years old . drivers are updated ive tried different browsers but even videos downloaded to my laptop are out of sync . how do i fix this please help !

oops misclick . anyway its a video from anywhere ... youtube from my own laptop it doesnt matter it just wont sync

video only from youtube? might be it out of sync from youtube? does it work with dvd?

no its any video like at all . ones from dvd , streamed online or downloaded even live streams wont sync at all

what player did you use? try another one?

ive used all browsers and players that i can , updated everything and nothing is working
