audio rca output to hdmi

Just bought an older FM receiver with only RCA output I want to connect it to my Samsung sound bar without running it through my TV, the sound bar has a HDMI input available, can I work this out somehow?

Might be useful for us to know the model of the soundbar.
You can't use the HDMI input but if you have an aux input that would be perfect.
If it has bluetooth you could connect a transmitter to the tuner RCA outputs.

Have a Samsung hw-k450, it has available USB, Aux, and Bluetooth. Looks like the aux can work with just a rca out pair with a mini 3.5 connector. This would be a lot cheaper. Your thoughts?
