Hello!

First, a little context.
At my desk, I have a monitor, MacBook hooked up to said monitor, a dock for my phone, a small charging station, speakers (including a subwoofer below), a (wireless) Magic Keyboard (this has aluminum on it), a Google Home Mini, and some electronic devices. Under my desk, I have once set of (2) outlets. On top, I have a power strip with my speakers, MacBook charger, phone dock, Google Home Mini, monitor, and small charging station. On the bottom, I have an iDevices Switch (See Here) with a small cord extender (is that what it’s called?) with three outlets on the end, with 2 IKEA desk lights and an IKEA lightsrtip plugged in. I will try to attach pictures for clarity.

Now, my problem: whenever I plug something in/unplug something, or sometimes when I touch something metal on my desk, and occasionally just by itself, I will hear a pop coming from my speakers, and sometimes video from my Mac to my monitor will flash and/or my Lightsrip (behind my monitor) will flash.

Please help!
Thanks!
