augmented reality business card

as title says.

I want to have a tracker (QR-code or equivalent) on my business card that can show of some of my 3D models I have created throughout my carrier. I want a user to simply scan my card with a mobile phone and then see the model in front of him. anyone know how to achieve this?

99% sure you are going to need some kind of App to associate the image with a 3d model and display the image in AR.

No matter what, it's gonna cost you $$$ for the app service. (80% sure on that statement.)
