I just spent 25 minutes trying to chat with support for Aura. Could not upload a .csv file. 1 st "specialist" did not respond directly to my clear (and repeated) "cannot upload .csv file" and hung up the chat after 3 tries (on my part). Submitted a 1 star rating and tried again. 2nd "specialist" requested detail (I provided error msg) and responded I should call support line, 8 AM to 9 PM mountain std time. Another 1 star rating submitted by me. So I called support line as directed, waited on hold for exactly 5 seconds over an hour, and then call was disconnected. Just so you know, tech support for Aura is pitiful.
