Well, my nice speedy machine has been crippled by ACAD 2002. The same 3d model I created on a PIII 933mhz is being manipulated slower on my AXP1700@1537mhz. I know that this software is made to run best on an Intel unit, but this is horrible. Im running it on WinXP Pro with 786 mb of DDR-SDRAM. Is it my Geforce 2 mx400 being the bottleneck here, or is there something I dont know?

Crashing takes on a whole new meaning at 9.8 m/s

is your vid card the selected rendering device for autocad? if so, then YES. Also, I have noticed XP gives wore performance than win2k in 3d apps.

Sig of the week.

Yeah, my vid card is selected for hardware rendering. I guess Im just gonna use it in Win98 then. I just hate to have to switch OS when working.
