I have an Acer laptop only two years old with Intel i5 processor. I get a blue screen with a sad "smiley" face and then automatic repair starts and also never stops. The screen just goes dark. F8 does not work and I tried putting Windows 8 recovery on a USB but the computer does not know it's there so that does not work either. What do I do? Help...!
