Automatic Typing and Clicking

I have been having an issue where a sequence of clicking and typing happens automatically once in a while. I have had this issue for a couple of years. It doesn't happen very often. I remember typing the things that show up about two years ago. Since it started I have reinstalled windows/ several times, upgraded to windows 10, swapped out my motherboard,CPU, GPU, and got an SSD. I do have some of the same files I had and have kept my old HDD as a secondary drive. I have also done full virus scans in Norton and Malwarebytes but nothing showed up.Does anyone know why this happens?

What kind of keyboard do you have? Some of the high-end ones allow you to set macros.

You were right, thank you for the comment. I had the same keyboard and problem as this guy.
