Automatically shutdown

I'm using laptop Compaq (Ram 2GB, HDD 500GB, window 7 ultimate). when I want to start my laptop. it's gonna spend 2 minutes with me and automatically shutdown without notice. I have tried to boot system but it disappointing me. I don't have enough time to boot. How to solve this problem ? is this problem is relate to hardware problem ?

First thing to do is blow out all the dust from the cpu with canned compressed air. If that doesn't fix it you'l have to give us your full specs for us to help.
