Automatically Shutting down

Hi, since one day my laptop is shutting down automatically
When i open the laptop it is asking for restart and it continues going on for restart
Pls solve my issue

Could be a bunch of things, first thing I'd to is backup the files by removing the hard drive and copying them to another computer. Then run a hardware check on the hard drive and laptop, many laptops have a BIOS utility for that.

If drive looks good, try different RAM or one stick at a time if you have two.

Next step would be to re-install Windows and restore your files from the backup.

If system still does not start, you will need to look into getting it tested by a tech, you may need a new motherboard.
