AVG Detection after driver reboot

Yes hello I recently got a detection from AVG after rebooting from installing amd catalyst 14.4 for my graphics card it popped up after hitting the desktop like this.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe

I went ahead and protected myself and did not allow it, I understand cmd is important for windows to function should I allow an exception from this? it has popped up after every driver installation.

I have confirmed that this was caused by amd, in msconfig it appears that this is ran on startup and does not need to be.
