AVGa virus?

oki have both AVG and Registry Mechanic on my laptop and registry keeps showing AVG as a virus so im confused on wheter registry is messed up or if AVG is really a virus

AVG does some very virus-like things to be able to detect and prevent viruses. Anti-virus applications often do show up in registry sweepers and root kit detectors.

Basically, just make sure that many knowledgable people use that app and you will be fine. BTW, many knowledgable Windows users do use AVG.

LOL AVG is a Anti-virus software
remove Registry Mechanic its crap and removes registry setting that sometimes you want to keep
dont use registry cleaning junk they all stuff up your system
try to understand how the registry works so you can go into regedit
and fix the problems yourself :lol: :twisted:
