Hi,
Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try powering it on again.
- If it will not work proceed with reseating the RAM's, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.
- Next to try if it will not work is to test the AC adapter, remove the battery again and power it up with just the charger connected.
- If it will still not work do try a different AC adapter that has the same voltage.
- Lastly, if you can hear the laptop powering on but there's no display, connect an external monitor and see if you'll get a display from it.
- If all these will not work unfortunately you'll need to contact the manufacturer for a repair.
