Question Back Audio jack not showing up in windows 10

Installed windows on a ssd and ever since the audio has not worked.says no speakers or headphones are plugged in same motherboard ive had this issue before and fixed it i just dont remember how? Its showing up as only being hdmi ports. i have no Realtek audio installed only generic High definition audio device which is the hdmi. I've uninstalled reinstalled Tried a million different copies of Realtek it seems like it just cant install? ive genuinely tried everything and I've been fixing stuff like this for years I'm not new when it comes to windows issues but I'm genuinely stuck on this one please help
i also do not have Realtek audio manager anywhere in sight
