backlight flickering after shut down

I use a lenovo ip 310 6th gen with w10. Sometimes after i tuned off my pc , a specific backlight on the bottom of the screen flickers constantly. The computer is shutted down compleatly and the screen is still dark . The flickering contiued till i powered it on again. Is this a serious issue ? Please help me ...

I use lenovo ip310 laptop. Sometimes after i shutted down the laptop , bottom part of the screen flickers continously. With a close look , i can tell that the backlight has'nt been turned off. Is there any problem with my motherboard ?? Please help me ....
