Basic Windows Troubleshooting

Hello,

Today I will show you how troubleshoot Windows. This is for basic issues that need to be fixed. This feature comes with Windows and is made by Microsoft.

Steps:

Step 1. Open Control Panel

Note: This is how to open Control Panel, if you do not know.
Windows 7: Click on the search tab, and it will be on the right.
Windows 8/10: Click on the search tab, and type in Control Panel.

Step 2. Click System and Security
Step 3. Click Security and Maintence
Step 4. On the bottom, click Troubleshooting
Step 5. Click Hardware and Sound

Note: If you're issue is not a hardware one, you can click Network, Programs, or System and Security.

Step 6. Click on the thing that you want to troubleshoot. (For example, power or sound.)
Step 7. Run the troubleshooter.

(Press next, then follow the directions. Note: This may take a while, depending on your speed.)
