So I really like my new turtle beaches.
But I am getting very pissed I take hella good care of them; but While I was playing a game recently one day the MIC fell off, then 2 days later the Plastic on the Right Headphone decided it was going to break and now the bass is all crackly.
I tried to fix it but it did not work. I got this as a gift so it came in a different box and the receipt is gone I have had these for 11 Months now. I am not sure if I can return it to Turtle Beach or get some new ones.
What can I do?
P.S. I never let anyone use them and I keep it safe all the time.
