Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, unplug the laptop from its AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then boot it back up.
- If the same problem persist you may need to open your laptop to check if the cable that connects your battery to the motherboard is seated properly.
- You can unplug and plug it back in just to make sure it has proper connection with the motherboard.
- If all these will not work you'll need to replace the battery already.
