Batery problem Dell Latitude 3440

hello,
the batery icon of my laptop start to blink orange, i have to replace the batery for a newone. i put the new batery and i have the same problem, only that this time blink orange and white
ican only use my laptop only when is plug to the wall

Hi,

Since you've replaced the battery with a new one the problem may lie inside the laptop where the battery terminals meets the motherboard. You may need to check the inside of your laptop to make sure everything is soldered properly. Also was the replacement battery the same with your old one? As another troubleshooting step do also uninstall/reinstall the battery driver in Device Manager.
