I know that the question has already been asked at a number of places, however I can't find the appropriate solution.
I got HP pavilion 15 notebook four months ago and after about 2 months, the laptop turned off when the battery level was 40 %.As within warranty, I contacted the dealer, and after about 1 month, they returned the laptop with the battery replaced.
However the problem is the same with new battery. With the battery level 20 %, the laptop shuts down automatically. The level I set for critical battery level is 10 %.
From my previous experience, I doubt that this auto off will not remain limited to 20 %.
What can be the reason behind it, as two batteries behave show same fault.
Is it possible to make the battery working properly?. Thanks
