battery discharges while charger is connected ?

i bought a laptop 6 months ago and the charger that came with it blowed while i was not at home and the laptop with me it was 12v/2A rated and i had one with the same power lying around so i soldered my original plug wire on it, it was working fine until 1 week later the plug that goes into the laptop get unbearably hot and sometimes it works normally and sometimes it would say connected but discharging what could be the reason for that? i made sure that the wires are not touching from the 2 sides and the laptop its self!

probably would be wise to get an actual replacement charger before the one you made damages your laptop

idk it works fine all the time except when i have exams everything goes *ucked in my life i start to have lots of nosebleeds and flu + the laptop doesnt work properly !! ?
its ok we have to live it
