Battery Draining while switched off.. ( android ) (samsung galaxy s duos )

When i had brought the phone battery was working fine ... i had to change my phone screen because it had cracked. I got my screen changed . After that im experiencing issues with my battery . Even when i Switch off ( complete power off and not stand by ) the battery drains a lot. Like i checked that it drops by 10% per hour . I had brought 2 batteries and still the issue is same . Please help!!!!!

Is the battery replaceable? Try getting a new one if you can.
