Solved! Battery is built in the laptop what should I do

Dell laptop power button blinks white and will not turn on when the power cord is unplugged it does nothing only blinks when cord plugged in and the battery is built in the laptop

You will have to look for a battery replacement video on youtube. Most laptops have them. That will show you what is required to open the laptop to replace the battery.

- Do you mean whether plugged in or not your dell laptop doesn't turn on only power button blinks ?
- If yes does power button blinks then stops blinking on it's own in both cases (plugged and unplugged) or does it keep on blinking and what happens when you push the blinking button again for shorter or longer period of time (able to stop button blinking?)
- While it's blinking do you see/hear/feel laptop fan spinning? or does laptop screen come on (even dimmed) or other peripheral (USB) attached to your laptop on light come on?
- When plugged in do you have a way to know whether laptop is charging (charging led coming on or another led changing color)
- What exact model is your laptop?
