Question Battery not detected

Hi have hp pavilion cw-1013na, I recently installed a new battery , the laptop mind of own

The laptop won't turn on unless plugged in , however as soon you unplug the charger it works fine on battery .

I ran the HP assistant battery health check and say battery not installed or detected,

The battery icon say 100% changed
I have even installed fresh copy of Windows a few times And update all drivers

But no luck
