Battery plug in noy charging....!!!!(new laptop)

i have a new laptop from lenovo (g510)
1)it was working fine for the whole day....and thn i noticed battery plugged in but not charging.
2)It was 70 % thn frm 70 it came to 55%.........
3)and thn wen it came to 54 % suddenly it started charging to 55%.
4)and thn stopped for some tym and thn started again came up to 60%......
5)and aftr dat it maintained 60%
wat shud i do????


i hav a windows 7 -64bit


also i observed dat it charged wen i switched the laptop off.......

Go to energy manager,expand panel to the right, go to settings, turn off Conservation Mode.
