i have a HP OMEN 17-w201ne that's 3 months old, all was fine until yesterday when i was downloading some stuff and i left it alone unplugged, i came back and it was off, tried to turn it on but it didn't so i plugged it in and it started normally (this has happened before without any problems), however, now battery is stuck at 1% (plugged in, not charging), and it doesn't charge while its off either.
HP battery check says i need to replace the battery, is this the only solution available?
