Beats volume control

I bought Beats about 4 months ago for my daugther, this she tells me my headphones do not play at high volume anymore. She as an iPhone 6, so I try them on my Samsung Galaxy S7 et the same problem. Nothing is broken, wires are fine. So what is it ?????
