Hi!
I have a major issue. I’m currently using an Asus rog strix gl553vd which was working really well in the beginning. I was running games such as Squad, Rainbow six siege, and gta v on high graphic settings and I was still able to run 90fps.
After using the laptop for a few months I’ve started to experience a major issue, NONE of my games can run higher than 60fps (if I even reach 60 that is). Most of the time I’m only able to run 10-30fps, I mean even fortnite is stuck on 20fps. I’ve tried a lot of things such as changing settings in the nvidia control panel and putting all games to the lowest quality but my fps would still not move past 60 I mean 95% of the time I will be stuck below 30fps. I’ve also tried all the battery settings but nothing changed. I don’t know what to do I’ve tried a bunch of different things and I’m on the verge of giving up on the laptop just throwing it away (but since it is a 1000$+ pc I’m not ready to go there YET).
What do I do? I’m not that good at computers so even a dummy solution would be good, thank you!
