Best $150 Phone?

So I have my phone plan on Metro PCS, but I think I heard that you can buy a phone from T-Mobile or AT&T and you can put it with Metro. Anyways, I need a phone that has a screen size bigger of 5. I want it to have a decent camera, and have amazing battery life. Around 2800mAh. Thanks!

It's too much to ask for at $150. The biggest comprimise you are going to make is camera and screen size
