Best 2.1 speakers home audio? Under a budget

Hey, can you suggest a good set of 2.1 speakers? I would prefer to not spend anymore than 75 CAD after tax. I'm just looking for the best sound I can get for this budget. If possible, I like ones with strong basses.

Can you please link your preferred supplier, weather it newegg, amazon, local store etc so we can make recommendations that are available to you. Is it for your pc or something else like phone or TV or DVD? Is it primarily for Games, Music or movies or all? need to know to make sure the speakers have all the appropriate connectors for you. Thanks for asking. I prefer Canada Computers, but NCIX also works. It's for my PC and mostly for music and some gaming.
