Best 5.1 speakers under 8000₹

I'm going to buy a new 5.1 speakers . tell me the best 5.1 surround speakers under 8000₹ (Indian Rupee). Thanks in advance.

Logitech z506s are my recommendation, although I don't know what they'll cost in rupees. I know they're in the price range, when we convert to dollars. Are they perfect? Nope, in that price range, they're pretty good though. I have 2 pairs of them btw.
