best amd driver for 8730M

My laptop is dell INSP15r-5521 ,i5-3337 and switchable graphics are Intel HD 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 8730M. And 4gb ram.when I play sleeping dogs ,it freezes while loading and says not responding.when I switched to power saving mode in switchable properties in catalyst control centre it does not freezes but it runs on Intel hd 4000 and so i get 9-12 fps on normal setting.i am not able to play it on AMD 8730M.please help me.also when i uninstalled my video display driver and installed latest and driver.it does not show any driver and when i scanned for hardware change.it show and 8730m driver but previous version and not the one i installed..also when i open some game it says directx9 version is installed
I have OS window 7 ultimate 64 bits.i have installed directx SDK.but game says it is outdated or directx is not working ...please help me to solve my problem..

Dell laptops should use ONLY Dell drivers. Uninstall anything you downloaded and installed from AMD and reinstall the latest (and yes, outdated) drivers from Dell. Welcome to the world of Laptops.
