Best Audio Connection cable?

I have a new tv and soundbar for my gaming set up and i was wonndering what the best connection is out of: headphone jack, RCA Audio(red and white plug) and coax. my tv does not have optical so i cant use that. but the coax on the tv is orange and on the soundbar it is white. does that matter? or are they both compatible with each other? the tv manual says it's coax is S/PDIF and the sound bar does not say. it is a Philips soundbar speaker htl2150. can i also have them ranked in order of quality please. and can someone explain different types of coax or coaxial (im very confused).

The orange RCA jack on the TV is a digital audio connection and according to this

you have a digital coax input on your soundbar. All you need is a SPDIF coax digital cable. This is the best hookup and you can use it easily.
