Best Bass Shaker and Bass Shaker Location

I am interested in getting a bass shaker. I want I don't know which to choose. My budget is no more than $65. My current Amp is the Panasonic SA-HT940. If I were to get a small bass shaker, would it be better to put it on the bottom of my seat or back. I will be using this for my racing sim.

If you connect it instead of the subwoofer you should be OK. If you want to use it with the subwoofer you may not have enough power to drive both and damage the Panasonic.
It probably won't make much difference where you mount it. I would chose the most solid part of the chair.
