What is the cheapest pc build that could run the vive at playable levels. The only budget is as cheap as possible. I already have a PSU case and HDD.

CPU: Intel i5-4590 or AMD FX 8350 equivalent or greater.
RAM: At least 4GB.

USB port: One USB 2.0 or greater.
